First Amendment Poem by Govind Ramakrishnan

First Amendment

In the land of the free
Home of the brave,
Freedom of speech
In schools and colleges
Have been quietly placed
In a state of coma....
Resuscitation near impossible
Eventually laid to rest
In an unmarked grave
At a quiet cemetery
Next to our founding fathers

Truth often bitter to digest. I think you have a very good point here. The very essence of our country shaken at the roots.

Vintage write Govind. Not just in our schools and colleges, all over this country for sure.
