First Dawn (Sedoka) Poem by Black LoneWolf

First Dawn (Sedoka)

Rating: 5.0

Our love- my sweetheart,
Is a ray of morn afresh,
It's as new as a firstborn.

Well said my dearest,
But you forgot to add that,
It's as sweet as a stolen cake.

I imagine a piece of stolen chocolate cake might taste better than one paid for, think of all that risk and discomfort that poor person might be accustomed to. That cake must taste great!

😊😄 Yeah, I fancy it's a stolen cake is an amazing reward of the 'stealing' adventure. I'm glad you liked it, my blessings!
