Focus Poem by Zachary Clougher

Focus

Focus

To focus on you is what I want,
is what I need
Turn off all outside sound so I can,
better hear you.
To focus on you is what I want,
is what I need.
Take off my glasses so my eyes can,
better see you.
To focus on you is what I want,
is what I need.
Take the air from my nose so I can,
better smell you.
To focus on you is what I want,
is what I need.
Take the gloves off my working hands to,
better feel you.
To focus on you is what I want,
is what I need.

I Need You.

I always thought repetition for effect was overrated, until I read this poem. It's unlike any other poem I have ever read, so unique in its writing style and language. I love it!
