Seven Sins Poem by Zachary Clougher

Seven Sins

Rating: 5.0

Seven Sins

The seven sins as they are…
Is each on their own deadly.
When they come together
The force of their weather…
Would crush those out in the storm.

There is Seven and they are named as thus,
Greed, the heed to need,
Sloth, the lack of decision,
Lust, the thirst for one’s needing must,
Gluttony, eaten away by the never ending hunger,
Wrath, the warring path,
Envy, the hate of one the love of any other,
Pride, the top of all except for one….

They are all alive and yet their own demise….
With the life they gain
They burn twice as many.
So weather the course and all should be well….

Creative use of an old theory, the seven sins. I would have never thought of doing that.
