Foolishly Laughing Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Foolishly Laughing

Foolishly laughing

I have experienced
Real story and evinced
Interest in knowing
Their theory for following real love

Wife offered food
But he understood gesture
And beg not to give
And asked to be forgiven

As their child's seat was tied to tree
The sun spread rays so free
Still the baby was sleeping at an ease
We could see the red black face

The labor came back to explain
Rather we shall remain
Contended with dry bread and onion
As we shall be daily getting it on

Today you are showing good gesture
Who will give us daily lavish food in future?
We shall have to depend on naturally available
We are meant to struggle

We felt astonished
And shame was noticed
If labor has his view in offing
We can only foolishly laughing
