For Charles Chaim Wax - Poem by Prathibha Nandakumar

At the appointed hour

At the specified joint

Where it is needed

When the tree caught fire
Thank god the birds were in flight

Is not mythological

The fruits appeared the next season
with out a day's delay

Hey what's all this with Charlie all of a sudden. Some guy gives him a mention in a poem about visiting a barbershop now this! Excellent stuff, Prathibha. The fifth stanza sums the man up entirely. (Report) Reply
