For Dino. Poem by roshini samuel

For Dino.

Rating: 4.5

Storms and tempest,
make me cringe no more.
Like a cork on the sea,
i bob and drift.

No longer piqued or perplexed with dread,
this vessel on its maiden voyage must accomplish.
.
Starboard or Port? ? polarized views.
Odyssey or a Journey,
what must one choose? .

Resillient against the currents and tide
in this ocean called life.
Rusty rudder and corroded decks,
i steer with trepidation of sweat.
what course should i take now,
east or west .

Gentle submission and arrogance ,
now quelled.
The sea my nemisis and pedagogue .

I get the message about indecision, but the structure makes it difficult to read.
