You're as pretty as pink
The kind that makes you think
Everything about you is fun
Like a summer spent in the sun
When you laugh and smile
Happy moments last for a while

If I could give you flowers
I know which ones I'd pick
Calla lilies and pink carnations
Daisies and Goldenrodd
With Hibiscus and Ivy too
Pink roses and Jasmine complete the set

Let me explain
Before you think it's silly
Beauty is represented through the lilies
The carnations are also true
Because I'd never forget you
Daisies tell of your loyalty
And goldenrod means that I wish the best for you
Hibiscus is a complicated one
They mean you're strong but beautifully delicate
Ivy sends my friendship and affection
All in your direction
Pink roses for the happiness I wish
And jasmine
For how people can't help but like you

It might seem sort of strange
That I'd think this much about it
But that is the bouquet
That I'd send you on Valentine's Day
