For some people when the last hour in life comes,
They cannot say the bold Yes or the No;
They are afraid that they are losing the battle of life,
And have to go out;
But there are some who at once say the bold Yes,
Because they are ready for continuing,
Their onward journey;
They are ready within, and say fearlessly Yes;
They are conscious that this forward journey,
Will take them from honor to honor;
They are those who are strong in their conviction;
However, there are some who shamelessly say bold No,
And refuse to further go;
But, he who refuses is dragged by his forelock,
To walk on the road of life;
He who says bold Yes does not repent;
When asked again, he'd still say Yes;
And that Yes— the right Yes —
Is inscribed on his forehead;
I tell you the sign of a true believer—
When death comes, there is smile on his face (Iqbal) .
