For The Part Of Me That Is Still Whole Poem by Charlotte Ambrosia

For The Part Of Me That Is Still Whole

She has more respect for me then I will ever know,
For she’s at my side where ever I maybe,
Where there is light to be found she is there,
But when there is not, there is only me,
With out her I am lost, but with her I am blind,
When I am two steps a head, she is two feet behind,
And yet I still ignore her like she was never there at all,
Her comfort to see me arises, with my each and every fall,
She’s been with me through thick and thin,
Through smiles, tears, and my everyday grin,
I can yell at her till I am blue for what she makes me see,
And yet she will ever stand there, never to care one word for me
