our personal prayer,
through a commitment
to be near the Divine,

interceding before
the Blessed Sacrament,
acts of service, penance
and sacrifice, uniting
in a privileged way
with the suffering,
universal human
kind of all nations,

We become lovers
of God and neighbour.
