Forest Dragon Poem by Ima Ryma

Forest Dragon

A forest dragon I do be,
A lizard who likes to lounge in
The safety of my fav'rite tree,
My home this tree has always been.
Like a chameleon I can
Change my scale colorings so that
Whenever I opt for that plan
I'm hued just like my habitat.
Through the seasons my tree does change
Its leaves, most colorful in fall.
And so of course I rearrange
My colors to blend in with all.

Bright yellow, orange and red attire,
I look as though I may breathe fire.
