On Nights like these
my heart always shatters
I close my eyes
to see if all it matters.

I am filled with darkness,
I no longer know what's real.
Stars are falling
for the pain and terror I feel.

Dreaming for a chance
that I know will not come true.
Has this become a nightmare?
It's all caused by you

It came and gone so fast
that it's so hard to admit.
Forever is just a dream
seen when you least expect it.
