Forgotten Poem by Rachel Brewer

Forgotten

Don’t worry.
You will never truly be dead,
No to me,
Because I will never forget you.

You will never really be gone,
Not as long as I keep breathing,
But then I will join you.
And we can be together.

So don’t worry,
You will never truly be dead,
At least, to me you won’t.
Because I will never forget you, ever.

Your memory will be with me forever,
And your spirit I will always feel.
You will never be lost,
I will always see you.

Really, don’t worry,
Your not dead.
Your with me,
Forever,
Because the dead are never dead, until they are forgotten.
