Hi Nayanika, A lovely little poem! Throwing up a thousand questions.... Attempt to escape leaves one to wonder: escape from what/whom? from loneliness? From oneself? ? ? And, one expects the worst, for the attempt would land one in further loneliness! ! ! The situation has turned from bad to worse, because, one needs support/comfort from 'others' to get back to the comfort of home! ! ! As famous Malayalam & English story-writer O V Vijayan has written, Nobody attains the comfort of one's nest! ! ! ! . Wonderful poem. A 100++++
