I want to thank all at the forum called Our Life Matters
You were there to help me when my life was in tatters.
You are there at all times of the day
And help me to think in a more positive way.

People are there to listen to my side of the story
No matter how bad it is or gory.
A place where I can tell people what's really on my mind
And everybody is so friendly and kind.

The forum is an expressive place
It's so easy to talk as it's not face to face.
A place to meet and make new friends
People on which you can depend.

People who share similar experiences to you
We can all help guide each other through.
It doesn't matter how bad you feel
We all do our best to find the right way to deal.

It's a place to discuss self harm and abuse
And how to put destructive ways to better use.
It's full of useful advise and support
To help in getting your demon's caught.

It's somewhere to go when you feel on edge
To help bring you down off that suicidal ledge.
At least here you are not alone
As there are lots of helpline numbers to phone.

It's also somewhere to try relaxing and maybe have a laugh
To help turn your life around and pick the right path.
The forum is a place where we all look after each other
To help keep you safe, there is no reason to cover.

I owe the Our Life Matters forum my life
They have helped me get through my troubles and strife.
They helped pick me up when I wanted things to come to an end
With all their help, I'm well on the mend. xxxx
