Freedom's Quest Poem by Ndina Kamaro Muofhe

Freedom's Quest

Far away to the stars,
Where the whispers call my name,
To shine my flames,
My heathen robe I shall enflame
Before I ascend to my throne
The dawn of what was long suppressed,
To reigns, cropping up
And shining the stolen might,
Displaying the beauty of the night

Fill up the cups of appeasing,
Blowing smokes of meditations,
Calling g-d to the courthouse
For, many had accused him for turning a blind eye

In the beginning there was nothing but a something that a word of man can't describe
He created word and in verses of his doctrines, he claimed word is G-d
But the same word confused mankind

When we were dumb, we were wise
And the tone of our tongues rifted us
To beget Islands in us
Oh, G-d the dearest, make the sour hour pass already
Release your magical children from satanic curses
