Freedom To An Enslaved Life Poem by kalyana brata sahoo

Freedom To An Enslaved Life

Rating: 5.0

Take me out, take me out,
Show me your favour, hear my painful shout.

I don't want bulb, don't need ac and fan,
Give me sunshine and sight of rain.
No wish of food in gold plate, don't demand water in silver pot,
Fruits are my choice, trees are my home spot.

I dislike artificial noise and hate fake smile,
With chirping of my group and in search of food, i can go for a mile.

I can't resist your mobile sound and bear your bulblight till midnight,
Sleeping in the evening and want to wake up before sunlight.

I need a chance to fly, my wings not want to be lazy,
To see my whole world, i am very yearning and crazy.

Bring your humanity back to give me freedom with restless run,
I also want a family to live my life with full of love and fun.

'You are free now, go to your heaven', I told and opened the cage door.
Thanking me, the bird flew happily and gave me pleasure more.

I understood the peace of emancipation and learned a lot from this creature,
So let's try to give happy and serenity to enslaved life forever.
