Back then when skyes were blue
when there was only me and you
Back then when tales came true
My life was only about you
From now on I'll deny all love
I've softly killed my inner dove
It doesn't matter, can't you see
Love was never meant to be
Because Oh no nothing stayes the same
You even managed to forget my name
Now I know noone stays true
So I am getting over you
I don't care about tomorrow
Yesterday is all I see
I can not repell the sorrow
But I still want you here with me
This is what love does to you,
Hopefully someday you will see
That this is all thanks to you
This is what you made of me
I see now there is tomorrow
Yesterday is over due
I no longer feel the sorrow
Because your love was never true

That's a hard thing to deal with, that realization that a lover is not really as they seem...love is hard to fall into, but even harder to fall out of. You express this so well. I love it.
