From Stem Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

From Stem

Rating: 5.0

I remember and feel
Her warmth still
The big eyes and natural beauty
She was open to talk with only few

She had first step in poetic field
Her views were openly held
They were new to outside world
I read it in no uncertain terms as told

She was new to this stage
Unaware at very early age
I could still smell her eagerness
That was reflecting on her face

I prayed almighty for her
From all ill wishes and spare
I did not her back ground
But she affectionate as I found

She might be hailing with restriction
But I had known her from assertion
She was famous and real gem
As if fresh plant comes out from stem
