From The Most Modest Poem by Rm. Shanmugam Chettiar

From The Most Modest

Oxford & Sahithyan,
Twin compliments,
That you threw on me.
A hard-to-come one,
They are the only pearls
That I like to wear as jewels,
Having bequeathed
The rest of my all.
This has come from the most modest.
