Frozen In Fear Poem by Dorsey Baker

Frozen In Fear

The beast came running down the road.
It was moving at a high rate of speed.
Way in the distance you could see the
beast and its frantic movements.
It was an extremely
large beast.
Its feet making the sound of loud
thunder as it leaped lifting and
lowering its body in an attempt
to move at a higher than normal
rate of speed.
Its eyes changing to a deep dark
red color!
As it stared straight ahead.
It was a frightening moment.
Dust turning into a dark cloud
as its feet kicked it high
into the thick morning air
as it charged.
Within moments of impact.
Its target quickly steps aside!
It is not a moment
to be
Frozen in Fear!

This is a true action thriller with a perfect combination of instinct, physical strength and wits. Thanks for sharing.
