Fully Booked For Saint Valentine's Day! Poem by Denis Martindale

When searching for a special book, or Bible now and then,
I take the time to take a look, before I buy again.
Then I research without delay, comparisons to view,
In search of better ways to pay, for books both old and new.

When I subscribe, some emails bless, with discounts week by week,
It's like a birthday gift, I guess, with savings I should seek.
With more accounts than just the one, the discounts will increase,
And so, before each month gets done, the blessings never cease.

My Valentine can soon receive the better gifts I've bought,
Thanks to the discounts I retrieve by taking extra thought.
Perhaps I'll get a loving kiss beyond a winsome smile,
Thanks to the discounts I don't miss, going the second mile!
