Funerals Poem by Ray Hansell

Funerals

Rating: 5.0

Another day
Another funeral
Not showing up
Is inexcusable

As we grow old
People we know pass on
It's nice to pay your respects
To people you know who are gone

No one likes to go to funerals
But it is the right thing to do
For who knows maybe one day soon
We could be gathering together for you

A reminder for us all displayed so beautifully. Funerals are a celebration of life and do not have to be sombre. Thank you Ray.
