Furnace That Heaves Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Furnace That Heaves

the furnace heaves
with its guilt
at its burning
fires

the licking of the pains
and
the desires

water
a little the parched
throats of fires burning:
allow
life a few moments of
relax.
Transient
and
relative.
