Why this garboil everywhere, when I hardly had a sip!
Neither I did any thievery nor committed a robbery
From the maw of the inexperienced preacher, these words come-
How would he know this touch: ask him, has he ever tasted a gulp!
I have no concern with the wine that keeps the heart estranged-
I seek the wine that entices the heart passionately
O, my longing! Imbibe from the divine goblet and stay intoxicated-
His one glance(flash of light) is identical like the guest (Moses) had
Her heart desires to appal me, and mine is willing to endure-
A bizarre heart she holds and an odd one I have (too)
With God's glorious radiance, every speck glitters-
Each breath glorifies if I exist, so does the Almighty
It's a nature's marvel that the sun earned a blemish-
It must be God's will that idols call me an infidel
The vast roar of education yet insincerity towards culture-
Flaw in the intents peels off the road of prosperities
O 'Akbar', obedience of truth is necessary: words of the master are exact-
Quitting the wine, and the beloved's path is but his nobility
