Gentleman Advice Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Gentleman Advice

Rating: 5.0

Never advise a fool
This was taught in school
Even though the world is beautiful
The arguments remain for glass as empty or full

Now story is reversed
Strong words from fools promised
We are wrapped in falsehood
Always cheated in neighborhood

Now advice is free
Fruits are in abundance on tree
You take as much as you want
But never work hard or attempt to plant

You may find free advisors
Cutting your pocket with scissors
You will know only when money is gone
“Oh, I was fool” may remain only slogan

Manju Suri I must admit your poetry is livestock...like sheep in a flock...every line verse a limerick...very catchy and slick...! ! ! 5 hours ago · Unlike · 1 person
