Girls Come & Go



Girls come and go,
As such
The old saying goes.

Pretty face here,
Slender bodies there,
Pleasurable yearnings
Quite a while
Dissolve.

I searched for you
High and low,
Vast along horizons
Sincere feelings
Flow.

I should have listened
To erstwhile friends
When they told me so.

Shouldn't have let you
Steal away
My soul.
