Give Me A Listening Heart Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

The primary task of a leader
is to deepen the people's faith
in the Almighty God and to align
everyday life and actions to
the will of God, to respect
God's plans and instructions
so as not to lose salvation
and blessings from the heavens.

Lead a life very close to God.

Rely on God‘s help.
With prayers, songs,
and generous sacrifices,
for the poor and the needy,
worship and honor God.

(In a dream God allows Solomon to make a request to him. Solomon desires a 'listening heart' and the gift of being able to 'distinguish good from evil'. (1 Kings 3: 9 of the Old Testament of the Holy Bible) .
