Giving Roses Poem by Randy McClave

Giving Roses

When a man gives a woman roses
It's usually on an anniversary or when he proposes,
But, when he gives them for no reason at all
He's in love and in a relationship for the long haul;
The desire of his heart he imposes.

When a man gives a woman flowers
She knows that those feelings are now ours,
She takes the roses fragrance underneath her breadth
Knowing spiritually that he'll love her until death;
He wants a lifetime and not only hours.

When a woman tosses her bouquet
There is more that her soul is needing to say,
The flowers reflects a heartfelt feeling
That her soul and her life is more than willing;
True love to the recipient she does hope and pray.

When a man gives a woman roses
He never sits or wonders or waits or even supposes,
He lovingly gives her those beautiful flowers
So, her feelings they empowers;
Now forever his love and soul, he owes his.
