Old age starts growing from your feet.
As long as your legs are in form
And as long as you keep them firm,
No need that you go bed ridden
At the wake of your advanced age.
Lower limbs weigh half your body
And serve you as the root system.
A brisk walk for half an hour a day
Started when you are at forty
Can see that you go to toilet
Without helps till you breathe last.
Walking gives you a healthy heart.
Walking gives you an active brain.
Walking increases your stamina.
