Where the Burren and Connemara waters meet
with potato forks, they dig for wild Irish oysters.
Kellys, oysters—they have that Galway wow factor.
The taste of the ocean, straight from the Irish Sea.
Dressed with rapeseed oil, trout caviar, and sea lettuce.
Just knock them back with a dram of whisky or three.
Bless the fact that life can be heavenly and nutritious.
While still further drinking a pint of draught Guinness
God bless the Irish for good-tasting food.
And the 'Craic' the drink and their good company
it's all truly quite frankly delicious.
And what's more, there are stunning views galore.
And if you visit, you'll soon feel at home.
So why not roam the Wicklow Mountains?
And climb to steal a real view of heaven.
Extending from County Dublin and Carlow
these granite ranges peak at Lugnaquilla.
Meaning 'hollow of the wood, ' slightly Irish, right?
