I cannot know the breadth of your love
With no defined borders for me to see
My arms can’t expand enough to display
Just how much you truly love me.
I cannot grasp the length of your love
It encompasses distances beyond my view
There is no horizon, beginning nor end
Of the love I receive from you.
I cannot reach the height of your love
It stretches to heaven so infinitely
Yet every moment of every day
You bend down and give it to me.
I cannot probe the depth of your love
So unfathomable, bottomless, vast
I cannot measure nor penetrate this
Profound love that covers my past.
