My dear beautiful sister
With curly hair, dimple cheeks,
Round face, with big eyes
Was the envy of every eye.
Got married, dooms day started, day one!
He is a debaucher, womaniser
Calling himself as a social worker
Was a hungry lion, tore my sister
Into pieces, harassed, bullied,
Tortured her to the core.
Within three months, shattered
Her dreams of marriage, happiness
Swindled, her future, life everything
Dumped her back in our house
Calling her insane, since that day
Until this day she is retarded.
Unable to regain her normal sense
Lives in her past, present is just
A doom, why god, what do you want to prove?
Why this punishment for an innocent woman?
Born beautiful was her mistake?
Married on age as per parents choice
Is that a mistake, though she gave birth
To a girl baby, but living a life as a refugee
In an asylum, just to live, for what...
Why this life,25 years rolled on
No change, but why this punishment to her
Marriages are made in heaven
People say, then why...where you went wrong?
Why do you play such a wild game
In the lives of innocent people
What pleasure do you gain out this leela..?
Highly pathetic and painful narration from heart. Fabulous.
