I cannot grasp the bitterness of others.
Their blindness is often heartless.
At times, their godlike righteousness
It offends my conscience.
I'm right - you're wrong; I know what's best.
This attitude irritates me.
Don't disregard what I'm saying-
Or you will be ostracised and ignored.
Or better yet, still - vilified.
Now I've made up my mind.
I'll give you nowhere to hide.
Play hide and seek.
It is you I want to wound.
So, I cannot hear or feel the love I once held for you.
Till someone cruel broke me also, too.
With godlike righteousness.
