Good Evening Miss X Poem by Miroslava Odalovic

Good Evening Miss X

Who ran over your dog tonight

Look the stars are shining above your bed
The ceiling sky so benign
A bed head thought good night for a night
Resting weary head on the paws

Good evening Miss X

Who ran over your dog tonight

Hear him groaning spasm courage sigh
Open windows knock clatter o mi nous
Loyal to your bedside sleep
Wrestling with worn out Moon dressed rags

Good evening Miss X

Who ran over your dog tonight

(To the memory of JK my childhood friend)
