Good Genes Poem by Audrey Heller

Some people are fortunate, theyre
lucky to have good genes! They look
much younger than they are, all is not,
what it seems! To defy nature, is truly
a blessing, some will take a stab at
your age, but in retrospect, they're
only guessing! How you think and act,
has a lot to do with it too. If you keep
an active mind and do plenty of
exercise, time will, be good to you!
Age is only a number, you've heard
it many times before, I never pay
attention to how old I am, at least, not
anymore! As long as I feel good and
look good, that's very important to me.
If you want to stay young, never give up
what you're doing and keep yourself
busy, constantly!
