Good Knight Poem by E. Pendragon

Good Knight

With the farewell of day spoken,
The soft night has gently awoken,
and so I part,
with a sleepy heart,
to meet with dreams,
finely laced with silver seams.

There I await my knight,
Brave, tall and moonlit bright,
so we may kiss in starry skies,
And share our love through another's eyes,
Good knight, an bless me star tonight,
Brave, tall and moonlit bright.
