Goodbye To Me Forever? Oh, My Sweet-Heart! My Inspiration

Oh, my life partner, my life buoy, my sweet-heart, the great
My soul, my strength, my hope, my inspiration, and friend, the best
You, all of a sudden, retired from your active part of the busy life,
After getting rid of the family burden; you freed yourself to go for a long rest

You bade goodbye to your favorite arranging, cooking, serving,
Getting up yourself, outfitting and to all other household chores
You like to take rest and go on the bed-rest for the rest of your days
Doctors could not diagnose why you suffer so from medical Reports

You have turned up yourself mentally just like a little, sweet baby
Alas! The best suitable word by which I could express you to suit
Your activities, desires, thinking, chatting, sitting, eating, or walking
Expose the very truth, and through your other intelligence input

Physically you have become disabled, handicapped, and weak
Your words are jumbled, confusing, not clear and transparent
You mix up events and cannot do anything to manage your own
You are so honest! Why has then, God, given you such much punishment

Some sensory nerves work fine; loving touches, she could easily feel
Gets a sleep with the gentle strokes by loved ones on your forehead
Sounding a childlike soft tune that slows down gradually and stops
Coming over all anxieties and fears as your eyelids close down on the bed

Oh, God! You are confused; you could never justify your creation
To the sinners, the cruel, the torturer, or the most the inhumane
Allow them to live on in sound health, comfort, happiness, and ease
Whereas! You make them suffer who are the pious, honest, and the sane,

When You bestow life on earth when You make provisions for all to live
Why then do some have to pass through the hardships, poverty, and pains
Why at the old age, You snatch away their physical and mental strength
Why do some struggle for food; some suffer from disease till their existence

All become to my sweet-heart, just after being administered the 2nd dose
Of the Covid'19 vaccination; a lady, jolly, restless, full of energy, and lives
Became numbed and motionless; took bed rest forever! Eyes tear-out
So exhausted, after being annoyed of, my dear, warp, and weft of the worldly lives!
