Goth Poem by Jason R Tschetter

Goth

<It seems to me that the dark ones follow me
haunt me and torment me into what should be
I lick those black lips thinking this will be the time
when the heart falls for once not wanting to climb
our hands meet softly for this night
Not a single tear or worry for us to fight
Where do we go from there
hearts always sink fast through the air
take me now to the wanted land
where the people of my kind will understand
that our darkness is only someone’s light
where our dark eyes and cloths do not fright
To all the nights I've conquered to find a new soul
now the darkness will take its toll
when this is all over we'll fly like a moth
dreaming and loving that were both Goth.>
