Gracious Thoughts Poem by Sebastian Melmoth

Gracious Thoughts

Gracious thoughts torn, soul, face aching, tired, awake the jinxed anxious smoothie of life's milkshake.

Helium giggles laughing in uncontrollable pain, no relief just the shaming force of a self-circus freak

Ricochet bearing of the heart, the rhythmic drum beating in ears cave, the dancing hairs constantly reminding we're alive

Dense fog, inking the links, curving the curve this out of body experience screaming but not heard

Brain so complex so misunderstood river of fluids filled with passions currently running through mystic canals

Bubbles of disparity popping confusing the clarity, smell of fear lingers on in the background each struggling day

Random meaning looking up at the ceiling stretching the limits wandering how to cope, to get through this madness

Emerging better, feeling great, breaking out of the trash can on brains sidewalk, loving soul returned, brighter future carrying these gracious thoughts.
