In life, there are moments of joy and strife
We should take the time to appreciate all of life

For the small victories and the big ones too
We should be thankful for all that we do

The sun that shines and the rain that falls
The beauty of nature, it's our greatest draw

The laughter of children and the love of friends
These are the things that make life so grand

The kindness of strangers and the help of a mentor
These are the people that we should always remember

The beauty of music and the power of art
These are the things that can touch our hearts

The strength of our spirit and the courage within
These are the things we should always appreciate and never forget

For all that we have, we need to be thankful
For the joys and the sorrows, for the highs and the lows

In life, we can find the strength to be grateful
For the moments we cherish, for the moments we hate
