Graveyard Poem by K J

Graveyard

Silent as the night in the middle of the day,
Dead people fall into the ground,
To rise up again and conquer all around,
To fall back into the ground,
At the defeat of their master,
Just to make the next time a little faster.

Cars running up and down the paths,
People crying at the rocks,
Dug into the ground,
Long lines of cars with a limo at front,
To listen and cry when they stop
Then they bury the dead into the ground.

Names written on rocks,
Dug into the ground.
Finds all they’re needs,
dug into the ground,
Worms eating at the skin,
Termites eating at the coffin.

All bones and hair,
deep in the ground.
Why in the ground?
Nearest to the Devil,
if you want to be close to god,
then be buried in the sky.
