Graveyard Dream Poem by Daniel Miltz

Graveyard Dream

Natty disasters sitt'ng in boneyard wing
Hidden rolling shadows re-occurring
Tumbles down the rain that does rapture bring
All sodden on a Golgotha fog·ging

Utterly a murky shadows about
Danken swollen teeth beyond the tomb square
Blindness of the swollen moon thereabout
Woe' lightning is striking, bitter air scare

The sky cracks as if slashed by a cold knife
Somewhere in a yonder thunder blast wave
Sneak trees a creaking into the air life
Sinister and lil' frosty on the grave

Spread quaking fears under a midnight stroke
Dulling spirits near shadowy flagstones
Grasping dark devils amongst the cloud choke
Poet's life, dream captured 'round ghostly tombstones

Loved the imagery here, especially blindness of the swollen moon.
