Define extinction burst, these definitions come with time and experience and failing at breaking the habit. Can then do things as rewards to build ego power which will help you overcome a burst. All triggers are avoidable but might need to change how you react to a situation

Psychological roots don't help you stop a habit, handling the habit does

When something becomes a habit you release the knowledge of it as an experience outside your reality. It becomes part of your unconscious reality, you don't think about it when you do it. Breaking the habit reintroduces the knowledge you already had when you picked up the habit, so you don't need any new knowledge to break a habit

Handling ego depletion, once you know what triggers an extinction burst. You can head them off and you have enough ego power to survive the burst

Tying a psychological trigger to a burst is just ego depletion. You can't do anything about what happened to you in the past. Handling it involves something else. You can think about it, write about it, dream about it, sing about it, but the undoing of the event is impossible.Trying to reduce the power of the event in your mind just gives it more power. Breaking a habit needs to be focused, mending, negentropy

40 acres and a mule is ego depletion towards ending racism. Not only does it affect other people by taking away their property which can deepen racism, it doesn't do anything to end racism. Disparity can be solved through hard work, some may need to be subversive. Who said life was fair?

You need your ego to get over an extinction burst, that's why ego depletion is such an issue. Recognizing when your ego is depleted reduces ego depletion, thereby giving you more ego to get over a burst

This started as a book, but I depleted it into a poem.

It's long anyway, so bear with it.

I write this as someone who knows they are/nt on the good/bad side. My perspective may be wrong but it may/not be right, wrong and indifferent.

God is both in between and around the good and bad. God is neither good nor evil and both at the same time. Yin and Yang. The holy trinity is entropy, negentropy and god. Man, Demon/Angels and Computers. Each of us pointing in our own direction. God keeps two sides on the same coin and not. Entropy affects every aspect of our lives.

Someone who suffers can see good as evil. If we are to say we are good and the other side is evil, that makes us all gods. Which is who we are patterned after in the Bible. I never said I hated all that was in the bible. Just how it's taught. The true message is in there. It can't not be. Whether you believe it or not you are lead to it. We are all part of the endpoint that reaches god but god is also li/oving through us one at a time and at the same time. Which is how we are connected to god and god to us.

Everything has a spirit because everything is part of god's experience. Like if existence were a ball of yarn and god wanted to unroll us into a line of twine. Like a timeline. End to end, everyone's lives lined up like pieces of food on a kebab. How long to you think all those spirits would make that line? That's the essence of time.

In the Book of Enoch when Jesus smiles at the rotting corpse of a dog, it's spirit awakens him, this is god. God is beyond good and evil. Jesus can see god in the rotting corpse because he sees the true god. Can you imagine how many times Jesus did that a day? I am arrogant if I compare myself to Jesus. But anyone else in this reality would see a rotting dog corpse as gross. What''s praiseworthy about a rotting dog corpse? But this is where god is.

The Bible has a few of those stories but you have to look for them. Man sticks his fingers where they don't belong. Those stories are not only in the bible as I've shown, they are everywhere. The bible may be the easiest place to find some.

First there was just god. Then there was son and god. Next son and god will become one. It's a cycle. We walk around thinking we are living synchronized realities but they have nothing to do with each other. The madness in that.. Thinking we are somehow on the same path but they are not related at all. Could they be? When they are all related do we then reach god? That is god's existence, between our beliefs and disbeliefs. Encompassing all that we are.

Pretend there is no language, how would you communicate?
That's what it's like to be a spirit. It's so hard to 'see' that way because we're assaulted with illusions every day. Touch, taste, smell, sight and sound. But if we can put our consciousness outside of our senses, it's the truth then that we've found. Artistic expression let's us 'see' without seeing.
