Gray Light Poem by Ronald Chapman

Gray Light

A quiet rainy morning,
Hiding in a misty dream,

Memories in a gray light,
After how many dreams?

A dark day filled with tears,
Missed my chance,

I dream of a dazzling country,
Oh help! , My inspiration has left me,

Trying to remember my impossible past,
An old passport never used, hiding inside my desk,

Misty dreams in a dark light,
Too many years with cold tears.
