You know, I think there is a lot
We can learn from the cow
There are times we just need to graze
And we simply do not know how
Life gets so complicated so often
There is too much in the mix
Work and raising kids and such
We need a calming sort of fix
If you drive down those red dirt roads
And scan the fields for cows
They wander along so peacefully
Oh, they can show you how
They’re grazing, just grazing along
And who knows what is in their head
We assume they think about nothing
But they could be pondering life instead
So next time you feel a bit confused
And life has gotten you down
Try a country scene and just graze
It’s the perfect solution I’ve found!
