Green Earth/Etiquette/ Poor Mother, Poor Baby Girl Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Green Earth/Etiquette/ Poor Mother, Poor Baby Girl

Green Earth

How to keep it green,
I think about
As our existence
Is connected with it?

Your Photography

The photographer said it,
Smile please,
Keep you smiling

And smiled he
Hearing the words.

Etiquette

Sorry, sir,
How it healed me,
I cannot say it?

Poor Mother, Poor Baby Girl

At the station
I saw the poor baby girl
Sucking the breast
Of the poor mother
So miserable and weak
In appearance.

Teardrops had dried
On the cheeks
Of the child
Looking so piteously.
