Grown Men Don't Cry Poem by Ronald Strickland

Grown Men Don't Cry

Rating: 5.0

Feelings that give thoughts that seem
to drift into a place where my
eyes close to hold back the tears.
To walk away,
so no one sees.
Say not a word,
so my quibbling voice is not heard.
Stay strong
to bare the pain of a broken heart with grief,
but should not give me shame.
The feelings I try to hide
for grown men are not supposed to cry.

Ron, Grown men do cry..it's just some men don't like to cry in front of some people so they keep it inside..But real men do cry..Atleast when i see a grown man cry i know he's got feeling.
