I'll never know what's wrong until I look back
In front of me I am blind
To the truths as distinct as white and as black
To find out I must rewind
I'll never know what I am doing
Until I know what I've done
Perhaps what will be my undoing
Is how from the truth I run
Suddenly It hits me like a wave
Without warning or alarm
I'll never take back what I have gave
A free gift I gave of harm
I destroyed it all so freely
I cared for nothing so easily
And now I can't sleep
